Conversion between typical units used for measuring AFP by labs worldwide:

ug/l = ng/ml = 1.09 iu/ml

iu/ml = kiu/l = ku/l = 0.92 ng/ml

Hence, if for example your lab gave you AFP test results in iu/ml, you would multiply that number by 0.92 to convert to the units in the chart above.
